In cooperation with our partner we repair, modify, design and manufacture all types of cylinders. We have our own engineering department that designs cylinders for all applications, using the best technology available. A well equipped machining facility, with the latest state of the art machinery, is on hand to produce hydraulic cylinder parts or complete new cylinders for almost any application. A large stockholding of barrels, rods and piston raw material is available ex-stock, in order to provide fast, flexible service. On completion of the repair or new manufacture, you are welcome to witness while we test.
  • CNC turning up to diameter 1.600 mm – 10.000 mm length
  • Turning on facing lathe up to diameter 2.200 mm – 2.000 mm length
  • Conventional turning up to diameter 1.000 mm – 10.000 mm length
  • Boring mill up to 2.000 mm x 2.500 mm x 2.000 mm
  • Grinding between centers up tot diameter 600 mm and 5.000 mm length
  • Centerless grinding up to diameter 1.000mm and 10.000 mm length
  • Inside honing up tot dia. 1.000 – 8.120 mm length
  • External honing from diameter 50 mm to 450 mm – 10.000 mm length
  • Chrome plating up to diameter 500 mm – 6.000 mm length, to diameter 1.000 mm – 1.000 mm length
  • Welding steel, stainless steel and bronze Cranes up to 20 tons
  • Testunits up to 700 bar
  • 3D metalprinter – dimensions of the parts 200 mm x 150 mm x 100 mm – 7.075
  • Aluminium – 17-4 inox
